Emma, Principal and Dance Academy Owner
I started dancing at a very young age, but I knew straight away that it was my passion and what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.  I started dancing with Susan Town who taught at The Bird’s College based in Sidcup.  Here I learnt Ballet, Modern, Tap and Character.  At the age of 16 I joined Lewisham Dance College, and I undertook a 3 year foundation course in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Street Dance, Contemporary & Pilates.  After Lewisham I attended Laban University in London to develop my skills further.  After performing in a number of shows and competitions, I decided I wanted to pass on my love and passion for dance to others.  I went on to pass my teaching exams in 2001.  I worked for a number of dancing schools before Zest Dance Academy was opened September 2012.

I am proud to say that Zest now has over 150 talented students, that are all developing the same passion for dance as I have.

Sasha, Dance Teacher
Sasha began dancing at a young age, and always had a huge passion for dance. She achieved graded examination work in RAD ballet, ISTD tap and modern, She also performed in many shows and competitions across the country. Sasha was fortunate to attain both GCSE and A level dance/performing arts qualifications. She went on to attend the university of Middlesex, where she studied dance performance for over three years.  This enabled her to gain a greater understanding and passion for contemporary dance and ballet.
